Out of Stock Items
Because our honey is a natural product, availability can vary through the seasons. Sometimes we run low or temporarily sell out before the website is updated.
If this happens, don’t worry — we’ll contact you straight away and offer a full refund or an alternative product, whichever you prefer.
We farm ethically and sustainably, which means we always leave enough honey for the bees first. Their wellbeing comes before production — that’s part of what makes our honey so special.
Packaging & Care
All orders are packed carefully to protect the jars during transit. We use recyclable and eco-friendly materials wherever possible, because caring for the planet is just as important as caring for our bees.

At The Bee Boys Honey, every jar is packed with care and pride. We want you to love our honey as much as we love making it. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.
Returns
Because our honey is a natural food product, we can’t accept returns once a jar has been opened. However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Your order is missing an item
Just email us at [insert email] with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong item or would prefer a different variety of honey, please get in touch.
As long as the product is unopened and in its original condition, we’re happy to arrange an exchange or refund — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return postage costs may apply unless we’ve made an error.
Refunds
Once we’ve confirmed the issue, your refund will be processed promptly (usually within 3–5 working days). Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
